Renewal EAD - Need help!!!
I filled AOS from F1 to Permanent Residence through marriage on May 2016, Houston office. Since I got EAD last year, I stopped going to school and started working.
As my i485, i130 still pending, i plan to renew my EAD 120 days before it expires.
I have some questions about filling out the form i765 renewal:
1. Question 15 "current immigration status?" what is exact status of mine right now? I know that I can't put F1 because I stopped going to school last year. Then, what i suppose to put in this question?
2. Do I need to send copy of marriage certificate to renew EAD?
3. Where to send the form?
