Hi everyone,
I'm new on here so if i've posted in the wrong place then I apologize. I was just wanting some clarification of what I need to send in my packet. I'm legally in the USA and am filing my i130 and i485 together. The change of status is from F1 Visa to Green card through marriage. Here is my list so far-
I485
Fee Payment
G-1145
I-864
I-485
I-765
G-325A
I-693
I-130
2 Identical Photos
Tax Returns last 3 years
Copy of Passport Page with Nonimmigrant Visa
Copy of beneficiary passport
Copy Of both birth certificates Birth Certificate
Evidence of Status- Both Sides of I-94 or i-20?
Copy of Marriage Certificate
I130
Filing Fee

Form G-325A
Copy Of Birth Certificate
Copy of Marriage Certificate
Passport Photos of both of us ( Name on back of each persons picture)
Does everything go in together? Is there a certain way it's supposed to be ordered? I also read I need to include my current EAD? proof of work for my wife? Do I need 2 photos of each of us for each file or just 2 photos for the whole packet? Do I need to put the evidence in this packet? If i'm way off the mark then could someone just compose a list for me with regards to what type of stuff needs to be included?
