Hi guys!
Here is the brief explanation of my situation. I filed I-140 on my own (National Interest Waiver) in Sciences and got approved. Then I filed for I-485 in June 2016. I received RFE which says: “Please submit documentary evidence to establish that you continue to be engaged in the occupation that is the basis of your National Interest waiver. Such evidence may include but not limited to a currently dated letter from your present employer, copies of recent and/or ongoing publications or research other such documentation confirming that you intend to carry out the terms and conditions of the underlying Form I-140 immigrant VISA petition."
Does anyone have experience in responding to such RFE? Do you guys know what do they mean by "copies of ongoing research"? I can get a good letter from my employer but I don't have recent publications, just experimental data and a m****cript almost ready for submission.
