Processing Times April 2017

So does this mean they are working on I-765 applications from Dec 3? im a little confused, how can it move only 4 days in a month(Nov 29th)

I also have a question regarding processing times.

Having filed I-130‚ I-485 & i-765 at the same time (spouse of a US citizen)‚ who processes the I-765? I see dates for the California Service Center (I am in CA) and dates for the NBC for I-765 (Based on a pending I-485 adjustment application [(c)(9)]). Who actually processes them? Is it location based OR is it always the NBC?

Checking your receipts, you can see who is taking care of your case based on who sent you the mail. Another way would be using the receipt number to figure it out. If it starts with MSC, then it is handled by NBC.

I just called USCIS and asked customer representative about it. She said they are working on 3rd Dec 2016 dates and for January filers, we are in normal processing time.
I can see some members have already received their EAD's we are just waiting for ours. Lets hope for the best

To be honest I think they're as clueless as we are and are just going off the latest bulletin dates.

I'm not even sure if the Dec 3rd date is current as of April 18th OR if it was current as of February 28, 2017 as the heading says

It is so confusing, I guess we just have to keep on waiting and hope for the best. I have seen some January filers getting their EAD's this week as well.

No idea buddy. I will complete 90 days on 25th April. You know what, i tried to submit an enquiry about my case on uscis website and I 765 form is not even on the list.
