I485 interview without an approval of the I130

Hi, I am very confused now. I checked my case today and it said that I have an interview appointment booked. Can it be possible to have an interview for I485 without any updated on the I130?

I am mostly scared because I over stayed my visa. When I filled the case on July/16 it was not a problem since I am married an USC. But I have hurd so many people who go to the interview and the ICE are taking them.

I am not convicted of any crime, but I had had speed tickets before. Can it be a problem with the new laws the new president signed?

Please some could help me?

I think Speed ticket won't effect much in this case.
And yes I am the same to you, our I-130 approved 3 months after interview... so that's normal !
