Any New Orleans, LA filers pending i-485 since June 2016?????

Filed i485 in 28 June, 2016,
Biometrics in July 2016
EAD approved Aug 2016.
Ready to be scheduled for an interview update online since August 15th 2016.

Steps taken,
Contacted USCIS, applied for service request, May 24, 2017.

Anyone with other useful information or what to do, kindly share. it is frustrating.

Update:
I learnt from a Tier two Officer that I missed my Interview and I didn't get any notice of any sort. No NOA, No email, no text alert, and case update remains the same.
I called again yesterday, another tier 2 officer told me nothing of such was in my file. I am so confused.
Anyone with useful tips pls share.
I have schedule infopass to another field office since I am at a new job out of state.
