i-485- since July 20th it is showing case is ready to be scheduled for an interview.
But its been a month now no change in status, no change in EAD, i131.
Showing the same that case has been received.
Anyone in same condition.
How much time for them to give a date for an interview

I do not want to lose my job so sorry but I would rather call my congressman a little over 75 days because frankly, USCIS is back-logged.

SR @ day 75
Hello everyone,
Hope everyone is doing well. My PD dates are June 5th for I-130, I-1765 and I-131 but for my I-485 the PD is June 6th. If my counting is correct, I can raise an SR or call my congressman August 18th. Do you think it is too early? I did my biometrics June 28th and I have not received any updates as of today.
I am filing from Chicago. My current EAD will expire in January so I definitely need the new EAD before the current one expires, otherwise I lose my job.
Any suggestions?
