my I-130, I-485 were received on September 9th 2016, i did the fingerprint October 16th and did the interview on November 17th, the officer approved us but i have not received my green card yet, please can you advice me about my case if you have any experience.

yes i did service request , and also infopass but all i got from them is " we didn't receive your security clearance yet" , so i am not sure if they are talking about the name check or something else, also if they didn't have the security clearance how come i got into the interview and the officer approved the case .
