    Hello All,

I am trying to figure out where my case is at right now. We received a letter about an appointment for July 27, 2017. However, the myUSCIS website still shows as just received, when I have seen others have their myUSCIS page updated. Does this mean something may be wrong?

We lived in Canada for the first couple years of our marriage and then moved to the US for me to attend school. I am currently on a F1 Visa since August 2016.

    Married - June 22, 2014
    I-465 & I-765 Sent - April 4, 2017
    Recevied - April 6, 2017
    Priority Date - April 11, 2017
    Biometrics Letter - April 13, 2017
    Biometrics Complete - May 25, 2017
    Interview Letter - June 9, 2017
    Interview Date - July 27, 2017

    Thank you in advance!

It appears that the website does not always correctly display the latest information. The status on my I-130 still shows the same initial status it did the day it was entered into the system and has not updated since. Last week I received the mailed copy of my approval notice and I believe that over what the website indicates. I also received a notice that my green card had been ordered a day before I got a notice saying it was approved. The physical letter is the thing that really matters for your interview as that is what you will need to present at your field office and to the IO‚*as well as being the thing that actually gives you the details you need.

If you have and concerns or doubts‚ you can always call the number on the interview notice to help put your mind at ease.
