I have a little situation going on here. This is the situation
My green card will expire 10/01/2017. The petition to remove the conditions says to file before 90 days. I mailed the package and they received it on 06/30/2017 in which they stamped on it. They mailed it back to my house and received it today. A letter which says:
1: You files the I-751 prior to the ninety (90) day period the second anniversary of your date of admission to the united states as a permanent resident. You may resubmit the petition within 90 days of the expiration date of your alien registration card. Your alien registration card expiration date is 10-01-2017.
So, can I resubmit and mail it back today again?
