Help in filling out I-765 form

I am trying to fill out the I-765 form, and I am struggling with two sections.

Section#10 which states: "Alien Registration Number (A-Number) or Form I-94 Number (if any)" I just want to make sure that the I-94 I carry is I-94A and it has a 11 digits, should I use that number?

Section#16 which states: "Eligibility Category". For my case, I didn't apply for the fiance visa, I decided that once I get married I will be filing all the forms together. So in that case what should I type in section 16, what would be the category that I belong to? would it be (c)(9)?


this is unrelated question, but once I fill all the forms: I-130, I-130a, I-485, I-765, and I-864 what is the order in terms of sending which form first to its designated location?

You will be filing all the forms together in one big envelope. The main application forms are I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131. Some other "forms" are not independent applications but are part of another main form's requirements (e.g. I-130 needs I-130A; I-485 needs I-864 Affidavit of Support and I-693 for the medical, etc.), along with other supporting documents, and should be organized together with that main form inside the package.
