Hello. I am a Michigan filer. My pd is in June however I got a request for initial evidence in July. Will this RFE delay the interview date? Thank you in advance.

It states in the letter that they will only resume to process the application as soon as they receive the evidence requested. But some people here in the forum had different experiences, their RFE's didn't slow down their process. I think it varies.

yes, it will delay. They reset the date to 0 from the date they receive the RFE. So, hurry up and send it ! Mine got delayed 2 months.. They will tell you to call back 75 days after the day they received the RFE. Im still waiting for my interview date to be set. PD was March.
