Interviewed schedule - arrest records letter?

Hi all,

After a long time waiting to get my interview scheduled, I got a second page that list out the information needed:



Is this normal? I don't have any records and don't know if this is just a generic notice that comes with the notice of action. I have a very common name and several people with my name live in my city, so not sure if they have done a background check and potentially pulled in someone elses info. There was also someone is another state with my exact name, birthday a month apart that has an arrest record--found this while googling my name.

Hey I got the same letter but I have a arrest record unfortunately.
Also quick question this is what is asked on the actual letter for me to bring.I just wanted if yours have the same information.

I believe it is just a general term, and has nothing to do with your criminal records. Don't worry.
