I-94 new or old I-94

Form I-485

If you were issued a Form I-94 Arrival-Departure Record number:

23.a. Form I-94 Arrival-Departure Record number

23.b. Expiration of authorized stay shown on Form I-94

23.c. Status on form I-94 (for example, class of admission, or paroled, if paroled)

i got here on an H4 visa and i have my old I-94 then i change status to F1 visa that gave me a new I-94 but they both have the same Record number.
H4 expiration is september
F1 exipration is D/S

i dont know what to put, if they are asking for the old I-94 or new one

There is no "old I-94". Each person can only have one valid I-94 at a time. Once you change or extend status and are granted a new I-94, that supersedes all previous I-94s. The newest I-94 is the only valid I-94.
