can restraining order from husband affects green card?

My husband and I had a fight and he called the cops on me and I got a restraining order but his petition was denied because he lied and now my greencard is pending for 9 months. Please advise me

I think you need to be more clear on your questions. Did your husband accuse you of domestic violence and rest? Did he file an i-130 for you? Are you still married to him? Have you been interviewed yet? so many unknowns for someone to give you a proper answer. You need to give a more comprehensive background of what is going on

There is a very strong possibility he has withdrawn the application for the green card, which he can do before adjudication. Also, once withdrawn, it cannot be reinstated.
