Urgent- B1 applying for i485 , Spouse and Kids continue with Consular

My i140 was approved on Dec, 2016 under EB1C with application now in NVC for consular processing.

I entered US on b1 to attend a conference on Sept 4th and came to know EB1 is becoming current in Oct, 2017.
My question is :
Can I file for i485 after 30 days of my entry.
My family spouse and kids are in India. Can they still continue with there consular processing in parallel.
