Hey Jcanqueen, I am filing from Charlotte, North Carolina. Just curious as to where you see the processing times for interview notices by state! Thank you so much.

You are here illegally for 11+ years and you have the odicity to complain? You're saying you respect the law, but that's not true since you're here illegally. You either respect the law or you don't. You can't pick and choose which law you respect and which you aren't.

Have you ever considered that maybe there is another factor (or most likely a combination of factors that include high volume) that is causing your petition to take longer? High volume from DACA applicants alone doesn't explain why some get theirs quickly and others slowly.

And empathy doesn't require personal experience. I am sorry that your EAD has taken so long, and I can imagine how frustrating that is.

Thank you for your reply! I have filed to Chicago office, but am guessing it could be reassigned to another office. I will double-check this information on the receipt notice once I get home.
I am usually fine with waiting, but we wanted to move to another state and I have a feeling it can mess up my Green Card process =/

[QUOTE=Baspill0;556644]6 Months for EAD or for interview? Today is 119 days. I raised a service request on February 7th. Still has not been assigned.[/QUOTE

She is referring to the EAD, it's really sad so many of you are still waiting. Sigh, seek comfort in your partner and family because honestly this journey is a very long and tough one. Bless!

    Dear Mr. YYYY X:

Thank you for contacting our office regarding the status of your pending I-765, Application for Employment Authorization. Our office is best able to assist constituents when their cases have moved outside of normal processing parameters. At this time there does not appear to have been any unusual or procedural delay that our intervention would help to alleviate.

Please continue to monitor the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services processing times by visiting the following USCIS website: https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processTimesDisplay.do. According to USCIS?s website the National Benefits, where your case has been assigned, is currently adjudicating I-765, Application for Employment Authorization that were filed on or before 10/06/2017. As such it seems likely that it will be a few months before USCIS is able to provide further update on your case. Please continue to monitor the processing times through USCIS?s website and if your case moves out of the stated current processing timeframe, then you should notify our office right away to seek further assistance.

It is my recommendation that you keep our office informed of your progress and request our assistance should any problems arise. Please feel free to contact our Seattle office with any questions or concerns you may have in the meantime.

    Sincerely,

    Sarah Monteith
Immigration Constituent Service & Outreach Representative
    United States Senator Patty Murray

Anybody have any similar experiences or suggestions what I can do at this point?

    Update #5

Received AP approval notice on February 20, 2018, notice date February 15, 2018. I filed my AP two months after (December 2017) filing I-485,I-130 and I-765 in October 2017. I did not receive a combo card, my ead had not valid for re-entry and the AP will arrive as a paper document. Posting this information for people worried about filing I-131/I-765 separately.
Good luck to everyone still waiting!

That's your own choice and tha'ts fine, but don't start complaining now about DACA etc and how that is delaying your application.
If you had applied previously you wouldn't have this problem .

And honestly why on earth are you complaining about a group of people, why you are here illegally for 11+ years.
In my personal opinion you are part of the problem.

The entire reference bout dying for this country etc doesn't sit well with me either. I can tell you have never served your country( this isn't your country yet) and before you start, yes I am actually currently serving and on this for because we(my spouse and I) are applying too. However she isnt here illegal.
Again, I really hope everything will work out for you and that this entire process goes smooth and fast. But don't rant/complain about DACA when you're here illegal 11+ years.
Well said!I totally agree with you. I think everyone has made a lof of sacrifices to be here....and the difference is that me (and i am sure many of us) has been always LEGALLY in the states, and we are just waiting instead of complaining and expressing the frustration by not being nice to others.Honestly to me this thread is becoming unpleasant to write when i see the language and intensive frustration of some people here.
I wish the best of luck to all and please think and speak positively, not worthed to fill yourselves with negative thoughts and energy.
    God bless you all!

But we don?t really feel that way about you or anyone else. In the end, everyone just wants to work and have a better life. If I?m frustrated with anyone, it?s the feds. They passed legislation but didn?t fund for additional workers that would be required to handle the increased petitions. Attacking DACA recipients on an online forum is obviously your way of venting your frustrations at the long burecratic process. I hope you get your EAD soon.
