The filling fees are in the instructions so please read them not only for that but just in general. I know they are lengthy but it will save you some time in avoiding mistakes, like wrong filling fees. It is always good to check the instructions for the fees since they may change.Originally posted by Pierrot View PostThanks for your help, what's the total filling fees for that adjustment of status?

I read that too. I thought the doctor in that situation didn't complete the "new" gonorrhea test results. Maybe the test requirement changed.Originally posted by waiting&praying View PostI was reading some threads here online, some said that they were required to bring a gonorrhea test results (that should have been done with included in the I693) to their interviews?

Maybe the test requirement changed like you said. I am not sure if one was even done in my husband's case. Hopefully, I won't have that problem.Originally posted by Reeny View PostI read that too. I am very sorry to hear that. I don't understand, why would they reject it if your priority date is 2007? What was your lawyer's response to that?Originally posted by sai2014 View PostHI Guys, Please help me on this, and did anyone receive like this?

Case Status Processing Times way behind!
Hi everyone,
I admit I am very anxious about this process, but I find checking the case status processing times on USCIS to be a waste of my time. The dates are way behind and doesn't update frequently. For example, currently the NBC processing times for I765 is May 10 and 13, which is 5 months ago and we know that there should be about a 90 days wait time for the I765. It may take a bit longer to get the EAD, some people have reported waiting up to 120 days. Still 5 months is really behind and they are more likely working on July applications because the processing dates was last updated on August 31, 2017.
So lets hang in there everyone... I am hoping we will all get some good news soon.Last edited by waiting&praying; 11-01-2017, 11:52 PM.I130 PD: 02/13/17-- approval 09/07/17
