October filer here. Filing concurrently from Louisiana for my husband without a lawyer.

    Here's our progress:

    Married: 8/18/17

    Package Sent: 10/16
    Delivered: 10/18
    Received (PD): 10/19
Emails Received: 10/27 (late at night)
Status Changed to "Biometrics Fee Received": 10/28

    *Update*
    Checks cashed: 10/30
    Receipts Received:11/2
    Biometric Appointment (11/16) Received: 11/3

I'm hoping he'll go do a walk in on Monday (11/6), but he didn't sound like he wanted to go without me. I won't be able to go with him until Thursday (11/9). I guess either way will cut down our time a little, hopefully.
Our checks were cashed on 10/30/17 also and the case update says biometrics fee received, but we haven't received the biometrics appointment letter yer.

Checks were cashed last night. Still no text, e-mail, or mail notification though. For the people who asked why my application was sent back, I sent the wrong amount in I-485.

    So:

Sep 29th - Package Shipped to USCIS Chicago Lockbox
    Oct 2nd - Package Delivered
Oct 12th - Package sent back due to incorrect check fees
Oct 23rd - Package re-sent with correct check fees
    Oct 25th - Package Delivered
    Nov 3rd - Checks Cashed
Update: Texts and E-mails received last night

Sep 29th - Package Shipped to USCIS Chicago Lockbox
    Oct 2nd - Package Delivered
Oct 12th - Package sent back due to incorrect check fees
Oct 23rd - Package re-sent with correct check fees
    Oct 25th - Package Delivered
    Nov 3rd - Checks Cashed
Nov 5th - Received text and emails for all three cases

I did have a question regarding priority dates. I see a lot of people saying they requested a priority date. I wish for my application to be as fast as possible but I did not select a priority date since I thought it did not apply to me. Does this mean that my process will be slower than others?

    thanks
Do you have any updates? I suggest calling and speaking to an agent to find out why your application was rejected.

Who knows? maybe you will get it before holidays. Each case is different. In my case I think its slow already lol.
Let's keep hoping for the best. A lot of people are saying that processing has slowed down due to the upcoming holidays, but I am trying to remain optimistic that we all get processed soon lol..

I am hoping for some good news before the holidays, but I know that I am pushing it. I told hubby that he might get an interview date before he even receive his EAD.

Which brings me to my next question: if you have been married for two years at the time of the interview, will they still give GC with conditional status?

Ikr! I hope not though, I am hoping to get some good news before. Though it's looking like I won't until January.

Case Status Processing Times way behind!

    Hi everyone,

I admit I am very anxious about this process, but I find checking the case status processing times on USCIS to be a waste of my time. The dates are way behind and doesn't update frequently. For example, currently the NBC processing times for I765 is May 10 and 13, which is 5 months ago and we know that there should be about a 90 days wait time for the I765. It may take a bit longer to get the EAD, some people have reported waiting up to 120 days. Still 5 months is really behind and they are more likely working on July applications because the processing dates was last updated on August 31, 2017.

So lets hang in there everyone... I am hoping we will all get some good news soon.

Maybe the test requirement changed like you said. I am not sure if one was even done in my husband's case. Hopefully, I won't have that problem.

I am very sorry to hear that. I don't understand, why would they reject it if your priority date is 2007? What was your lawyer's response to that?
    Please keep us updated...

I read that too. I thought the doctor in that situation didn't complete the "new" gonorrhea test results. Maybe the test requirement changed.
