  • Finger printing when outside country for I485

My Wife finger prints does not work as her hand is too smooth.
We had I485 finger print request 2 years back. Than we went 4 times with no luck. than they asked us to get the police clearance.
we went and got them and submitted.

Today Again we got the I485 Finger print notice.
She left to India last week because of some Family work.

    1) Can the I485 finger printing be done in India? Hyderabad?
    2) is there a way we can tell them that even we go for finger printing it will not work because of her hand beeing smooth. we have submitted the police clearance documents? if so how?
My Application is with Texas center.

    Please kindly help ...

What kind of visa was she here for? I may be a problem that she left without Advance parole.

You'd need to call USCIS, but when you file I-485, they expect you to be in the country. I'm not sure if they'll let her do it outside of the country.

Actually in 2015 our date is current and went for fingerprinting 2 times.
        Both times it got rejected.
Following that we had a Interview for both of us. In the interview they gave a paper and asked to give police clearanc letter.
        we did that.

we are of the assumption that I485 issue is resolved.
Even she tries now it will not work. Is it possible that we can tell them finger prints will not work for her..and police clearance can be submitted?
