If you go to the DPS they have e-verify to prove the extension if you've filed for a new EAD/AP. The down side to that is anything they issue you will expire when when the 180 days does and you will have to pay again to renew it.

LOL you just got the notification??? That's exciting! I am very pleased to hear that they're taking care of those applications from 2016. At this point, the might as well get through those interviews quickly. A good number of you are looking at getting the 10-year card.

LOL, yes, I remember you! I am always happy to help! Make sure you go through the thread with all those links. I just added a link to Emerald 2020's table of contents. It's a must see. I will be using it as a guide if and when my interview comes.

I wish it were that easy!!!!! He has been to the DPS office 3 times... and they still say they cannot verify his status. Even though they sent us a letter!

Service Request

I just put in a service request on the 485. It allowed me to go forward with the request and did not tell me we were still within processing time. Well hopefully have a response to the request by 07 Aug. Even if it is to tell me something, I would just be happy to hear anything!

I was always able to raise SRs! Last one I did was feb, and they did not answer it up until June!🤦🏻*♀️ They?re taking forever on those too.

You just went and burst my bubble. I have not been able to raise SR in regard to this case or any of our cases, i.e. employment/travel.. so I was excited. IF they do not answer by the time they have said, I will elevate the request up the chain until i have a response. I am about to get angry...

I put in a post the other day it was 3/21, but I looked it up yesterday it is 3/24/17
