  • hope it won't be a problem

My pd is August is 15th,I received my combo card on November 4,I was on b1/b2 visa. I met my husband on August 2015 but by name I was still going through divorce and we were just friend,I had my baby from my ex on December 2016,then we have started dating and am officially divorce so I traveled back home. But we still communicate and I wasn't through with my studies,so we planned on getting married this year because by then I will be through with my studies. So I came to U.S. on March 2017 and we wedded on April but unfortunately I am pregnant for my ex which I explained to my hubby and he understands me,our marriage is real and he is a good husband And a good step dad, this is his 3rd marriage and my second, he has 5 kids and I have four. 2 are born in my home country and 2 are born here. My question is hope there won't be a problem for us. Pls no harsh words.

    Confusing

I find it difficult to understand your case.
You came with b1/b2 visa but doing studies, how can be going to school with b visa.
You came to usa with b visa in march and get married in april, tell me whether that doesn't look too short??

I am not an immigration officer but if I can see so many red flag on your case, that means io can see it too. With all the kid and pregnancy thing
Be prepared for more explanation at your interview.
