yeah, most of the time if they're not busy they allow walk ins.

you waited 4 months to receive NOA? sorry if I misunderstood, but is it true? do mind can you share your timeline and center where you filed ? as I am planning to submit my documentation this weekend.

My PD is 01/04 and I’m still waiting on my Bio letter. Im assuming that I should get it this month because I seen a lot of people getting theirs between 2-4 weeks after PD. Any suggestions or guess when I would get mines?
Would I get an email/text whenever they send me the Bio letter?

I received the letter. There's not way to get emails when you first send it unless you attached the document asking for email updates. Once you get the letters, just check your case status with those numbers.

I've submitted my AOS filing today (1/26). It should get to Chicago on Wednesday (1/31). Now, let the waiting begin!

Hello guys ! My lawyer sent my petition on junuary 10th and yesterday they cashed my checks ... how long does the fingerprint appointment take ? I’m living in Las Vegas Nevada right now.

Hey, I'm in Las Vegas too. You're the first other Vegan I've seen on here. If it helps my PD is October 23rd and my biometrics were done on November 30th. The appointment itself is all done in about 10 minutes. Good luck!

January 17th, 2018: Received 4 text messages with case numbers(id assume for 130,131,485,765 each) and both checks are cashed on my bank account.

Received letter for bio metrics today on January 27th, 2018. I am scheduled to be fingerprinted @ 2/6/2018 in Norfolk office. I was considering going earlier than that day. Has anyone tried that?

Or just have some patience and wait. Everyone going earlier really doesn't help at all. Youre talking about not even 2 weeks in an entire process that takes probably a year +.

I shouldn't get too excited. I've read people saying on here that they've waited months and months before getting an interview after getting that notice. Hopefully you'll be one of the lucky ones.

I filed 10/23, did biometrics on 11/30. Status still says "your fingerprint fee has been received" - No update for 90 days (11/02). I've never received any texts or emails either so I think I'm stuck Lol! Am resigned to a long wait. But at least I'm with my hubby whilst I'm waiting.

Which is your local office? I know some are quicker than others.

It's being processed at NBC. Hopefully they get all the cases processed fast.

Mine's at NBC too. They all go at their own pace, im learning that. Don't get disheartened, getting a notice means that they're working on it and that's good. When I asked your local office, I meant where you had your biometrics done. That's where your interview will be. I read that in Ohio things seem to move relatively quickly. I've not met anyone else going through it here in Vegas so not sure how long it's taking here. Still, not a lot to do but wait.

oh, my local office is San Fernando Valley. The weird thing is that if i look up by zipcode, its Los Ageles Office.

I might be wrong; it's happened on occasion 😂 but I was under the impression you're interviewed at your local office where you did your biometrics. I hope so, I'd much rather pop down the road than fly to Cali. San Fernando Valley is processing i-485 from January 2017. Vegas is processing February 2017. I know these dates don't really mean much but it's helpful to have a guide.
