  • NYC Filer Aos timeline

Hi, since I’ve been on this website like everyday I thought I should give a timeline of my progress for now.
    Married to a USC.
    PD: October 11th 2017 (NBC)
    Biometrics Done: November 7th 2017
    RFE: November 11th 2017
Evidence delivered to Uscis: December 21st 2017

I received a letter on January 2nd 2018 from Uscis stating that I did not submit my medical records, that I shouldn’t mail any documents at this time and if I received an interview date in the mail just bring the updated medical records to my interview. (Did this happen to anyone before?)
I guess I have to sit back and wait for an interview date.

    No Ead Card As Yet

Seems like you're good to go, you should get your ead anytime from now and feb, i'm also a NYC filer and about two months after i sent the request i had my ead, i will give you some advise, right after you get your ead go apply for social that same day and do not do the immigration medical until you get your interview schedule because it expires after 1 year, this process should take about one year for NYC but maybe more due to so many ppl applying, goos luck.

I'm on my 94th day! No EAD as of yet.

I stupidly done my medicals when I sent off my application! I hope it doesn't expire.

      Playing the waiting game!

            NYC Filer here too!

March 2017 - Married US Citizen Spouse
            June 7th 2017- PD
            July 7th 2017- Biometrics Completed
            Sept 19th 2017 - Received EAD Card

"Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview" since July 12th, 2017 and I haven't received any interview apt. Has anyone who got a message like that from June-July been interviewed? What is the average wait time for the interview for the NYC field office?
