Processing Delays

Hey guys,

I went to the USCIS immigration office near me to ask a question or two about my case and the agent told me everything looked fine with my application. The bad news is that she told me that the processing times have been delayed quite a bit. She said normally receiving EAD card would take 90 days, but now it has been delayed to up to 5 months. This may just be with the office I am filing which is Dallas. However I am not certain. I hope everyone is getting better news, good luck.

Thanks for this information. I was getting s little worried. I’m also in Dallas and today is my 92nd day. I filedon 6th Oct. did biometric on the 6 th nov. nothing again. Waiting

I'm on 96th day and filing from NY. Haven't heard anything yet. I really hope it doesn't take another two months!

I hope it does not take that long either, however I believe it is good to know that it has slowed down to have more accurate expectations. Good luck!
