Call back from Tier 2 Officer

Has anyone else having trouble getting a call back from a Tier 2 officer? I have called 4 times over the past 2 weeks and each time a tier 1 officer puts me through where the automated message says all officers are currently busy please leave your info and we will call you back in 'x' time and you will not lose your place in time? This morning I called up at 8am and the waiting time was 0 minutes for a call back and yet nothing! All I'm trying to do is confirm my I864 supporting evidence and my EAD SR I explained to the tier 1 this morning that they aren't calling me back what can I do and as usual the tier 1 didn't offer much advice.

Best bet is to just keep trying in the mornings to get through. I usually have had no problem reaching someone if I call early enough and not on a Monday. I have scheduled calls in the past and actually had them call me back, just to put me back into the queue and no one picked up an hour later. Keep calling is the best way.
