Medical exam timeline question

Folks I have run into an unusual situation. I saw a civil surgeon last Nov and had my blood work done at the time. But the civil surgeon wasn't available to sign the form 693 until later this month. So there will be about 2 month interval between the blood work date and the civil surgeon signature date.

Would this be a problem for the 693 form?

my civil surgeon signed no problem i also did physical exam october, asked him if there is a deadline and said no, completed it around december. My delay was on vaccination and tb test
