RFE but no RFE letter?

I received a "Courtesy Letter to Applicant", which is effectively an RFE for my medical.

However, that letter does not give any instructions on where to send the supporting documents back to. Is there a separate RFE letter, and if so, it's been one month and I still don't have it?!

It's not an RFE.

It's telling you that "Hey, the medical exam is a required document, but we realize that it expires after a year and we are super slow. So, as a concession, don't send it until either (1.) you are summoned to an interview, or (2.) we send an actual RFE 'cause we don't need to interview you."

If you're marriaged based, you'll have an interview. Bring it with you then.

Would it be prudent to schedule for medical now? It's been 6mth since I filed for I-485, I'm assuming they will get to it within the next 12mth from when they sent out the letter.
