My EB-2 PD is September 2017. Case was ready to be scheduled for interview at 02/26/2018. Then it was changed to "USCIS is not able to provide any update". So is the processing time is the same like waiting time for interview?

                Update from SF Valley filer

                Hi fellow SF Valley filers!

I have an update, I have my interview mid-May.

                Here is my timeline:
                Employment-based AOS
                June 14, 2017 - USCIS approved EB1 application
July 24, 2017 - USCIS received AOS application
                August 29, 2017 - Biometrics appointment
October 8, 2017 - Received EAD (and AP)
December 20, 2017 - Received notice that case is transferred to Lee's Summit, MO
                April 14, 2018 - Received interview date for mid-May 2018

Hope this is helpful. Have any SF Valley filers had interviews for employment based AOS? Would love tips. I am excited for this next step, but very nervous.

Can you please let me know how long did you have to wait from the time your case status changed from "We are ready to schedule your interview" to actually receiving the interview letter.

Last week my case status was updated to "We are ready to schedule your interview"

Field office is San Fernando Valley.

I didn't have the message "We are ready to schedule your interview" as for the longest time I didn't think I was going to have an interview. As I am EB1 and at the time of applying, employment AOS's did not have interviews. From the time I found out I needed to have an interview to the day I found out the interview date it was four months. Hope that helps.
