Hello, I was wondering if anyone that was issued an EAD has gotten an interview yet? Here's my information.

PD - 2/20/18
Filed I-130, I-765 and I-485 Concurrently
Family Based - Married to USC

2/16/18 - Mailed paperwork certified mail to USCIS
2/20/18 - Paperwork received by USCIS
3/5/18 - Received Notice of Action, I-797C
3/10/18 - Received appointment for Biometrics
3/20/18 - Biometrics completed
4/6/18 - Raised SR to have EAD expedited due to job offer
4/13/18 - Faxed proof of job offer
4/18/18 - Status for I-485 changed to Case is Ready to be Scheduled for Interview
5/2/18 - Status for I-765 changed to Card has been produced.
5/4/18 - Status for I-765 changed to Card has been mailed.
5/7/18 - EAD received today by US Postal Service. Received Tracking number also via email.
5/8/18 - Tracked my EAD. Says itll be delivered tomorrow by 8pm.
5/9/18 - Received EAD
5/12/18 - Received Social Security card
5/21/18 - I-131 received by USCIS
6/1/18 - Received Notice of Action, I-797C

You are lucky, I still haven't received even the EAD and I am in day 128.

Interview info :

We were asked where we met, who proposed and when, if we met each other?s family and he asked me my husbands dob.
Interview was quick, longest part was the yes/no questions on the form. He took five pics and looked at one document which was our lease. Didnt have a lot of documents also because I went straight to interview , no work permit.

Congrats! The Jacksonville office is the only one right now that shows a lower limit processing time of 4.5 months. I looked at their data, and interestingly enough, the processing rate is not getting faster. HOWEVER, the number of applications received is decreasing. People are probably thinking "screw this" and then file with the Tampa field office.

My online status hasn't changed either. For I 485, it shows that interview has been scheduled. For I-131, it shows that they have received my application (even though I have received Advanced Parole).

Yes my status changed online after the interview, which was interesting because up until then I kept getting an error message when I tried to see my updates online.

So.... I dont know if I should just wait a little bit longer till there's an update on my EAD or just reach out to a senator or something to shake the tree for me.

They should make EAD valid for 2 years since their processing time for renewals are so slow at the moment. I have seen applicants complain about renewing EADs.

That's the thing. You shoudn't have to renew EADs. I see your point, and respectfully disagree. At least for those in category (c)9, it would be worth it to just eliminate the EAD, and jump straight to interviews; like they did with the DORA pilot. (District Office Rapid Adjudication). USCIS Field offices were cranking out green cards in 90 days or less.

We were asked about our identification documents and passports, how we met, when we started dating, who proposed and when and if we met each others family, how did we get married, timeline of our relationship, where do we work? The interviewer said I am very organized and he has never received this much organized documents and folder. He was looking for my I 130 application which wasn't in the package that he had because I filed I 130 separately and prior to filing my I 485. He said he is requesting the I 130 application to be sent to him from the office who has that file. It can take upto two weeks for the file to be sent to him. He took 5 pics from my album and said everything is in order and he is going to approve my application when he receives my I 130 application from Mid West office. Then he started explaining about two years conditional greed card and I 751.

Now I am awaiting for the status to change online (it's been 12 days, the interviewer said it can take upto 14 days for I 130 application) and for my Green Card.

I tried to shake tree and submit Outside Normal Processing Time but was not able to do it foe EAD, it was said that I am in the normal processing time...it is 131 day already.

I?m on the same boat but I?m on day 110. Check your processing times as they have changed. EAD can take 4-6 months to be approved as for now. 😔
