How long is your EAD valid for? You are the one that had to expedite it right due to job offer right? Congratulations on starting your new job. I hope it will be the same for me too. Tired of sitting at home. 😩

I am feeling so anxious waiting since it's been 107 days since my PD (2/5/2018).

On the other hand, last week (5/17/2018) I called level 1 officer to request for expediting my I-765 case (for EAD card) and got a confirmation #. Nothing has happened yet. No update so far... crossing my fingers coz my current EAD (from F-1 visa) is about to expire in two months and I'm working a full-time job now.

Would really appreciate if anyone else filed the same type of family-based I-130, I-485, I-765 could share their timeline/case status!

Mine is marriage based AOS filing from ATlanta.

    PD date 2/22/2018
On 4/18 status changed for i485 to a blank page. Called Uscis and has to speak with level 2 officer the next day who told me my current status is ?case is ready to be scheduled for interview?. Status for i765 is still at ?fingerprints received and case is being processed?. I?m 90 days in bow.

Call USCIS back and ask to speak to level 2 officer. They tend to have more info than level 1 officer.

I've been waiting since Feb 12, and it sucks to know that I waited this long only to find out that noone even touched my case yet. Noone's even working on my EAD. What is the Buffalo office doing for crying out loud?!
How much longer can a person wait? Starting to lose faith in this... if after all these months of waiting, they send me an RFE out of the blue, I will be so pissed.
I dont know what else to do. I mean i can't contact the ombudsman just yet, right?

You can sign up here with USPS: https://informeddelivery.usps.com/bo...o/start.action

This will allow you see beforehand (in the morning), which all mails you can expect during the day and you can plan your day accordingly.

I knew in the morning that USCIS mail would be arriving because USPS upload the scanned images of the mails on Informed Delivery.

From what I have been reading around the forum, USCIS is scheduling GC interviews even before issuing any EADs since there is already a big backlog to clear for EADs. Wishing everyone the best in their journey.
