I have biometric check. Does it means authorize by government?

It must be I-864. Your son needs to complete one I-864, and if his household income is not enough, your brother, the "joint sponsor" will complete a second I-864. Both I-864s need to be filed with the I-485. The I-693 medical could be submitted later or now.

B2 are not authorized to work, so if you have worked, then it is unauthorized work and you need to check that box. Unauthorized work has no effect on I-485 in your category, so you can check it just in case and explain.

This is my personal opinion and is not to be construed as legal advice.

Yes. Your son selects "I am the petitioner" and your brother selects "I am the only joint sponsor"
