USCIS Processing times???

I don?t understand what?s going on with my case.

Oct 2017 - filed my case i-360, i-765, i-485. Filed all 3 together
Nov 2017 - EAD approved
Dec 2017 - received EAD card
06 Apr 2018 - saw my cases online and i-360 and i-765 were last updated 04/06/2018.
But no status change. Maybe they just opened my case.
Some days back when i checked processing times it said i-360 takes about 6-12 months.
Now when i checked again it says 15-19 months. Which is confusing because last when i checked it showed they were peocessing cases as of august 2017 and now it went back to may 2016.

Please help if someone knows what all this means. I?m worried about how long it will take now.

The USCIS processing times website also stated that the processing times change periodically and they update it the 15th of every month.
