Hi everyone,
I filed I-140 and I-485 concurrently May 2017 and still waiting ... I had my biometrics done in Julyish and received an RFE for I-140 end of January. My law firm has responded this week so I hope the I-140 will go through. However, for I-485 I always checked the USCIS website and it said the time you could request a Service Request was March 2017. This time, they have jumped to June 2016 !!!! Do u guys see the same thing? It seems they have changed the way they update their website ... Is there anyone that has been able to file a Service request? On a seperate note, I live in San Jose, CA, any one in the same area with employement based I-485 that had an interview in this area? Does the processing time for San Jose add up to the NSC processing time? Meaning that I should wait 2 years for NSC processing time and another year for San Jose to schedule an interview?
Some data: EB21 NIW employement based I-485, received EAD, AP combo in December.
