We need more information in order to give you meaningful advice or comments.
    1. Is your AOS employment based or family based?
    2. What is your timeline? What have you completed so far?
    3. Are you signed up for accounts on egov.uscis.gov and my.uscis.gov ?
    4. Any RFE's?
    5. Any SRs?
    6. Have you called?

Pittsburgh has one of the fastest field offices in the US. I'm surprised you have not gotten an interview notice yet. Right now, it lists 4.5 Months to 18.5 Months for Family-based adjustment applications; case inquiry date October 13, 2016

4.5 months = time it takes to process 50% of cases
18.5 months = time it takes to process 93% of cases.

    All the best.

I m in the same boat with you!

      Pittsburgh office

      I'm marriage based. PD 1/10/2018. Finger: 2/7/2018.
On 3/26/2018, there is an "error" in case status - validation error.

With the new system (myaccount), it still shows "finger print fee received and reviewing". No updating so far.

      Worried.

Not in Pittsburgh, though. Pittsburgh is the second fastest field office. 4.5 months for 50% of cases to process. Some have not even taken 2 months.

We've come to the following conclusion on this forum about that validation error. Someone is actively working on your case. They're logged on and you're logged on. Only one person may be. *error* You get the gist. Not every step will update. So you may get your interview notice without ever getting an update on either account. I listed ALL field offices on an Excel sheet. Cleveland is #1. Pittsburgh is #2. You have nothing to worry about.
Make sure you have USPS informed delivery. You do not want to miss that interview notice.

              Rehoboth,

There is nothing to worry. Though other members are saying, Pittsburgh is really fast, it is not necessarily so for each and every case. Every case is different and takes its own time. Some times background checks based on applicant's nationality vary in response times.

I and my cousin both filed in Pittsburgh, and it took a year for both of us. I submitted my marriage-based AOS packet on June 15th, 2016 and had interview and approval on June 30th 2017. In my view, all field offices now take on average about 6 months to a year. USCIS can get actually quite backlogged.

I don't mean to disappoint you about the time it may take for your interview to be scheduled, but telling you my factual experience. If Pittsburgh were actually fast, you would have already got your interview notice, since it is 4 months now since you sent your application. But you should definitely hear something within the next couple of months.

In case you have not heard anything even after 6 months, you can call USCIS to expedite as your case seems to fall outside of normal processing times. That usually makes them look at your case again and update it/schedule for interview.

              All the Best!
