I-140 Approved. Changed employer in India

Hi,

I am currently in India. My Priority date is EB3 India - June 2008. I have changed my employer here in India. Can I still apply for AoS or Consular Processing based on my I-140 approval?

If you are planning to rejoin the old employer and work in the position mentioned in the approved I140, you can apply for the GC. Alternately, you can get a different employer to file a I140 for you, port your PD and apply for GC.
BTW you can only do AOS if you are already in the US, and in a legal/valid status.
