  • Questions about I-864z

I would like to know, what kind of documents should I send in order to satisfy the I864w/AOS
My wife and I,we have been living here for about 23 years, of which we had all our tax returns filed jointly done and I already qualify for benefits. Another words I have more than the 40 quarters of SS done already.
1- Has anyone done that using the so CREDITS?
2- Should I send just the SS statement attached with the I864W?
3- would the SS statements satisfy the process for both of us, my wife and I, since we always filed joinly for all the time here.
I would really appreciate if anyone could help me with that since I intend to use the exemption form I864W, instead of using a regular sponsor otherwise.

I think you mean I-864W. Yes, you should send the SSA earnings statement with the I-864W. I'm not sure what you mean by "satisfy the process for both of us". Are both of you adjusting status?

This is my personal opinion and is not to be construed as legal advice.

      Yes, I am sorry.
My daughter is turning 21 and she is claiming us on a I-130
as she has no income and I do not have an sponsor, I was considering using the I864W based on the 40 quarters of credit from SS.
When I ment was that considering that we always filed together our income together, and that everything comes is under my name, would that statement cover both of us for that purpose.

I would like to know if that is as simple as sending the SS statement and we would be covered or if that is more complicated than just sending the papers, I mean as far as being approved using the exemption.
