Why don?t you call and ask to speak to a level 2 officer? If you don?t get one just wait for the RFE. They probably decided to inform the immunization and approved your green card anyways.

I second MissTz1982's recommendation. I read of a case in the Ombudsman's report that had the green card approved without the required medical. The report just said the applicant did the right thing by reporting the error. Failing to report that could lead to problems down the line when filing the I-751 or N-400. I would call and speak to a level 2 officer. If that gets you nowhere, I would probably reach out to a Senator.

I called my lawyer in regards to the status and he said we should wait that maybe it was considered in the medical that i disnt need any vaccines or that the status was a fluke and i would just be getting the rfe, its been about 10 days since the interview but exactly a week after my status changed online i reciened a text about the status change and the the card was being produced and that it would be mailed to my address listed

The answer from your lawyer does not make sense. Tell him/her to do his/her job.
