Hello Im a USC and we are filing today. This whole process has been nerve racking for my wife and I. We are filling everything concurrently. From what I have been reading it will be about 4 years before she gets her non conditional GC. Is the pretty accurate? I don't trust the government. Im worried one day I will come home and she will be gone and have been picked up. We have been stressing over every little thing In this process. We just want to prepare for long periods of nothing changing so we don't stress about that too.

Ok. When you say one day you will come home and she will be gone. What do you mean by that?

You have to be married for two years to file for removal of conditions on the two year green if you are approved. If you file today and you two have been married for two years already then she will straight get the 10 year one if not then 2 years.

Is she under deportation order? Meaning is she in the process to be deported? If she is not then don?t be too stressed. Pray and everything will be ok. Pray regardless. The is a light at the end of every tunnel. Just relax. Collect as much evidence as you can gather then file the application.

Hey relax, you are too nervous. As long as she is legally staying here you don't need to worry. If you file today, she will get the COMBO card (working and travel) in about 5-7 months. While the 485 is pending, she can stay here and work with the combo card.
