I get you man... All in due time... Well just call and tell them you need their assistance as you just expedited your i765 with uscis... They will send u a waiver form to fill and send back to them then they can start to contact uscis on your behalf.

Well our marriage is real and we don't have a joint account yet... I don't work remember.... So it doesn't make any sense having a joint account when am not bringing any income in... We plan to do that when I have a job....her acc statement shd suffice I guess...

I'd refax my documents this morning. Have composed my cover letter. I made it brief and to the point. I feel the supporting documents is more important as that'll prove your claim. Don't you have a joint account with your wife? I sent our joint bank statement so as to prove that our marriage is real. Am not saying sending her personal bank statement will affect it but sending your joint account statement with both of your names on it will send a great statement about the marriage and request. It's my own view though.

I just saw it on the egov site thanks... Says my case has been assigned to a case officer for response. Wow... Never knew.... But on the uscis website there's no update... Well i decided to leave out my account details or balance and just show my wife's own.... Since she's the one supposedly supporting me. I haven't faxed it yet still composing the cover letter but I just explained we have a daughter whose father ceased to care for since I came into the picture... So the bills of daycare, food, clothes and her insurance lays heavy on my wife.... Also we are having a baby next year and the wife has to miss work some days cos it's been a difficult pregnancy which is true... She is saving her PTO for childbirth so she can add dat to her maternity leave as well... I don't know if I explained well enough... I hope USCFFS and others sees this and gives any good advice as regards this... What do you think.

Check your case history in i-765 you'd see stuffs about your EAD Expediting stuff. Can you brief me how the cover letter will look like?

Why ddnt you add a cover letter? I thought one is meant to... USCFFS please kindly confirm this... Nice idea in the car note statement as well i will also add that one... Am sending my bank acc balance where u have just 44cents ☺, sonogram of my to be born baby, cover letter and car note

I saw your post by chance. I am not on the forum as often. If you ever need an answer from me, please do not hesitate to send me a private message.
Because there is no way to verify that the fax is routed to the correct person, or that it was even received, I have recommended mailing the evidence in, as well. Those folks who did that had their EAD/AP approved. So I would say that does not raise flags. You are just making sure that your evidence reaches its intended destination.

I sent bank statement, the uscis notice and car note statement. I didn't add any cover letter. I don't want to add documents that'll affect my whole application. I hope the Expediting stuff doesn't affect though.

So I just got a mail in my mailbox from Uscis requesting additional information to be faxed to them before a decision can be made on my EAD... Guess I'd have to get that fax in tomoro 1st thing... USCFFS u once said we should also mail whatever we faxed to them as a back up right? Won't that be sending same evidence twice and won't it raise any red flags..... Just want to be sure thanks... Now waiting period for 485 interview starts...hopefully in December 2019

So I just got a mail in my mailbox from Uscis requesting additional information to be faxed to them before a decision can be made on my EAD... Guess I'd have to get that fax in tomoro 1st thing... Dang, just got an update from USCIS via text/email stating a RFIE was mailed.

Will this delay the I-765/I-131 ? I searched the forum, but saw mixed answers.
