To clarify, Advance Parole allows you to request parole at a port of entry. It is not a visa or travel permit. It does not grant you status either. Your status is still I-485 pending.

Congrats! Yep it?s normal. Dhs site will update 131 approval in 2-3 days. you will get approval copies for 765 and 131 in mail in few days and then combo card.

I got notification for new card being produced on 10/15 and today I got my combo card in mail.

I file the AP I-131 concurrently, but that hasn?t been updated on the USCIS account.. foes anyone know if this is normal? Does this mean that I?m getting the combo card, or is it just the work permit that?s been approved?

EAD/AP update!

So I just got an email saying that my new card is being produced for my I-765 application. Yes...I got RFE for I864 Affidavit of Support even though I have submitted it along with initial filing.
I was actually worried that if I didn?t include all required supporting document with it but I basically resubmitted everything in the same way. Luckily they accepted it and case was changed to ?ready to be scheduled for interview?.

dang. that's crazy. Similar issue, they questioned my I864, asked for tax returns, w-2s etc. and all was previously submitted. Frustrating.

102 days since PD, still patiently waiting for my EAD/AP. Hopefully it will arrive soon. I am very eager to look and find a job to help my husband with our finances. Btw, my DL expired last 10/10/2018, same day as my tourist stay expires. Is there a way to extend the validity?

No. it took us 134 days till the EAD said is in production. Some ppl get it faster than others, but most stay in the 4-6 months range as of right now.

I called The senators office... They said they don't assist with anything uscis cos of Arizona laws... That only a congressman/woman can assist me with my case... I called anoda senators office (Flake) they told me the same thing.... Right now I just leave every thing to God cos I am tired
