  • Filed I-485, I-765, I-131, g-1145, I-864 on 11/25/2017

    I came to the USA with K1 Visa. Got married and filed I-485, I-765, I-131, g-1145, I-864 on 11/25/2017.
    NOA: 12/05/2017
    Did Bio on 01/03/2018
    EAD approved 03/12/2018
    AP approved 03/12/2018

Does anyone know why is taking so long to receive the EAD card? I can't work until I get this card.
I have not received any other correspondence from USCIS. Does it take this long to get the EAD? is this normal?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you in advance,
    Tes

It's very likely that your EAD/AP was undeliverable. If that is the case you should be able to see that if you create an account on https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/logon.do

After you check what your online accounts show, then you should call USCIS 1-800-375-5283 and inquire on the whereabouts of your EAD.

    All the best,
    USCFFS

I filed mine on Nov 1 2017 - 485, 765 and 131....completed my biometrics on Nov 28,2017 and also responded to an RFE - Dec 15,2017. No news since then and every SR, call to USCIS is the same response - your case is under review
And looks like late oct, Nov 2017 filers are still waiting while Jan 2018 filers have even gotten their EAD/AP and also their interview
