No Update on EAD card

I have filled green card for my husband in F2A category. My husband did not get his EAD card yet. Below are the timelines.

03/20/2017 -- Priority Date (F2A category)
03/09/2018 -- Case Received (I-485, I-765, I-864, and I-131)
03/19/2018 -- Receipt Number received
04/09/2018 -- RFE Received
04/11/2018 -- Biometrics done
04/15/2018 -- I-693 courtesy letter received
04/24/2018 -- USCIS got RFE response.

How soon my husband can get EAD card? Generally how much time it takes to get GC EAD card?

Hard to tell... My case (also F2A) was received on October 5 2017, and I am STILL waiting for EAD (259 days). However I heard it goes faster for those who applied in early 2018.

I don't even remember, probably 1st or 2nd of October, as soon as my PD became current
