How did you manage to fax your evidence? I have been trying for two weeks now. I can never get through.

    Thank you!

Thank you for sharing! This is super fast! Do you know when you will have the interview, if you don't mind me asking?

The 'Ready to schedule Interview' does not mean that his interview date has been set. It will probably stay stuck in that status for a months.

Depending upon your field office's workload, the complexity of your case and of course, human factors, your interview may be scheduled within days of the "Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview" status update OR you may be stuck at that stage for months, a year or two in some places.

That being said, you are a 11/2017 filer. The Chicago Field office was also affected by the system glitch that prioritized 2018 cases over 2017 cases. It's very possible they're now resuming their work on the backlog from 2017.

06/01/2018 On June 1, 2018, your request to have your case expedited, referral number T1S1000000000MSC, was assigned to an officer for response.

Several conflicting answers from the offices on the status of my case, and decided to quit calling them all together,

06/21/2018 congressman Office: (what USCIS wrote them)Thank you for your inquiry regarding this constituent?s immigration matter. This case will be routed for expedited processing. Once this case is reviewed, your constituent will receive a decision or notice of further action. Due to the extremely high volume of expedite requests for this case type, there are numerous cases involving exigent or humanitarian issues already in the expedite queue, and we are unable to provide a specific timeframe for the expedited review. The strict enforcement of the expedite criteria means that all cases sent for expeditious handling are urgent, and we assure you that this case will be adjudicated as soon as possible

06/30/2018 Ombudsman: The Ombudsman's Office hasn't received a response to our below communication, but, given the circumstances and the medical documentation, we have contacted U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) regarding your EAD application. We will notify you when we receive information from USCIS.

I got my "your interview has been scheduled" a couple days ago, my PD was early July.
Not sure how long I'll be waiting for the interview to be scheduled...
The processing time just updated not too long ago, and Chicago was 5-27.5 months on i-485, and now it updated to 11.5-25.5 months....so might be a long wait who knows. These processing times change so much..
