Need help! Lawyer did not ask us to add evidence for our I-130 even though we have lots of it. They asked for RFIE (tax returns) and we sent it. Do you think we should send our evidence separately? thanks

That's sketchy af ! It is always suggested to front load (Send evidence with your 130) as much evidence as you can. Sorry, I dont have any suggestions on how to fix it.Originally posted by freespirited View PostNeed help! Lawyer did not ask us to add evidence for our I-130 even though we have lots of it. I130
Good reflection and catch on what you submitted. Each application requires its own supporting document. I would resend the I130 application form with the supporting evidence I now have. I would make sure I write a cover letter or note with the attached A number and the request for it to be submitted with your application of such and such.Originally posted by josger View PostThat's sketchy af ! At this point it is too late to send anything. As long as you send the statutory evidence like proof of sponsors USC/LPR and marriage certificate, you can bring the other evidence to the interview.Originally posted by freespirited View PostNeed help!
