So I just had my i485 interview done at Baltimore MD. My i130 form has been previously approved(we filed it separately) so during this interview the officer went over i485 form?s questions. Interview was pretty quick, 15 minutes the most. He took my fingerprints and photographs all over again. And at the end said they are going to run another background check on me and if it goes well he will approve the permanent green card then. Said it could take up to 120 days or less. Has anyone had the same situation with another background check? Is it normal? How long does it really take?

No updates for me. I contacted ombudsman which was no help, got a response that my case is within normal processing times. Contacted a senator, no response so far. Raised multiple inquiries, that never been assigned to officers. Made multiple calls with no results. It’s been almost 6 month since my interviewOriginally posted by Teto00 View Postany further updates from anyone here from Baltimore FO? Trying to get an idea of waitime for this FO.

That is crazy. I hope you really hear something soon. "your case is under normal processing times"? so 6 months after an interview would be considering normal processing times?Originally posted by Oxy2608 View PostNo updates for me.
