Does anyone know if I can cross the border with my EAD card? I'm still waiting for my I-485 interview. I would it be considered abondament?

You need an Advance Parole to leave and return to the US and not abandon your I-485. If your card is a "combo card" that says "serves as I-512L advance parole", then yes, it's also an Advance Parole. Otherwise no.Originally posted by DAMC18 View Post
