Which website are you checking ? You will see SR tied to your case status only on egov.uscis.gov and not on https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/

Thanks gccg for the info. I didn't know it before.

I raised an SR for expediting the EAD for my wife on 08/22/2018.

When I checked the status, it is saying it is completed on 08/24/2018.

We havent received any letter from USCIS for faxing the documents.

Does this mean that without sending the documents,it is completed and we will get the EAD soon?
      Note:- Not a legal opinion.

Not necessarily. We did an expedite request for the EAD as well, and it said "completed" for a few days before they asked for evidence. I think it just means that the task of putting in a request has been completed. Like, they marked it down that you requested. Someone should contact you soon. If not, you can call.

Did you file your EAD application with NBC or Service Center ? I usually get email from Service Center/ field office once they complete any Service Request. If its NBC I get mail which usually takes a week to few days.

              NBC.

I have registered for email and text.. But neither email nor text came.

After reading your post, I logged into the egov site and found out the below status myself.

USPS takes more than 5days, especially with a weekend...You can call them friday if you do not get the mail and ask for the details in the letter. All you need is fax #, team #, officier #.
