April filers: do you have any updates? My last update: interview has been scheduled

help to file I-765 under pending I-140

I have pending I-140 NIW. Now am applying for I-765, I-485 for EAD+AP. My wife had EAD as J2 visa status, her EAD application is pending now. What I can write in form I-765 now for pending NIW case:
1) Permission to accept employment? or Renewal of my permission to accept employment?
2) Have you previously filed Form I-765? (Do need to write yes and mention about EAD she has as J2 visa status)
3) Her category will be same as mine (c) (9) ?

Nothing here . They haven?t even updated the online status to show that biometrics have been taken, and i485 has said it was returned because post office couldn?t deliver it since May even though we got that fixed. All the cases after mine have their interviews scheduled already. I?m probably going to get stuck paying $200 for an accountant again to do my taxes since my husband once again won?t have a SSN.

My husband got his mail receipt for his EAD renewal on april 11 and we are still waiting for his EAD. His fingerprint review was completed on April 16.

Our service center is NBC. We tried to expedite last week and it got denied because the case is already assigned to an officer. We reached out to our congressman last week so currently waiting to hear back.

Any other April people that are still waiting?

What do you mean he got his mail receipt for EAD renewal? Do you mean you filed April 2017 and STILL waiting ?

I'm still waiting as well. I found out just last week that the RFIE they sent me back in May was in error. I found this out by contacting my congressman. My case has been on hold for months due to this which is extremely frustrating. My EAD has been sent for expedited processing as of Nov. 1st.

I am referring all to 2018 dates. He filed in April 2018 and that same month the finger print review was completed and it has just been at a standstill since. We tried to expedite last week and it got denied because the case is already with an officer. He only has until next Friday to continue working or else he will have to go on a leave. Our attorney says his case has taken longer than others and no one seems to know why.

We just reached out to our congressman this past week and have been following up today. Finger crossed that something gets our cases moving soon..

We are outside normal processing time too. I heard that they are extremely behind by about 10,000 - 25,000 cases
