What other documents should be included in the medical exam envelope besides form I-693?

I believe the civil surgeon will put every required blood test results in it. And the one for USCIS should be sealed.TPS holder. Married LPR 11/14/14/USC 8/19/17

Feb 19 2018:PD just I-130 I765 crooked lawyer did not file concurrently. My medical is sitting here + my IRS transcripts.
Feb 23:RFIE (I130A) long story
May 23: RFIE received.
Aug 20: lawyer called to pick up bio paper. Shocked.
Aug 8:PD I485 according to the form
Aug21: Bio done walkin (scheduled gor Aug 27)
Aug 22: RFIE mailed
Aug 23:RFIE mailed
8/27:RFIE received for I864&original birth certificate -
Your medical vaccines record.
If you did a blood test before, just make sure you have a copy of it.
If you TB vaccine when you was a kid, then tell them don't do TB-Skin test ( Because this stupid test will lead you positive to TB), do the QuantiFERON-GOLD test.Comment
